ABOUT

Dr. Cherry Huang has dedicated her career to the clinical practice of Chinese medicine. Guided by the holistic philosophy of Zhongdao Medicine, she integrates syndrome differentiation, Classical Formula Medicine (Jing Fang), acupuncture, and therapies that promote healthy blood circulation to treat a wide range of chronic conditions. She specializes in General Internal Medicine, Constitutional Medicine, Chronic Pain Management, and Post-Stroke Rehabilitation, with a strong emphasis on identifying the root causes of disease and restoring the body's natural healing capacity.

She currently serves as a Doctor of Chinese Medicine at Da Yi Acupuncture & Herbs. Dr. Cherry believes that Chinese medicine should not focus solely on individual symptoms, but rather on restoring the body's overall functional balance. By carefully evaluating the internal organs, the circulation of Qi and Blood, the meridian system, emotional well-being, and lifestyle factors, she develops individualized treatment strategies that help patients regain long-term health and constitutional balance.

Dr. Cherry has extensive clinical experience treating chronic pain, constitutional imbalances, and complex internal medicine disorders. Many of her patients have undergone extensive medical evaluations with normal test results, yet continue to experience persistent fatigue, sleep disturbances, digestive discomfort, headaches, neck and shoulder pain, chronic pain, and an overall sense of poor health. Through comprehensive Chinese medicine assessment and syndrome differentiation, she helps identify the underlying causes of these chronic conditions and guides patients toward lasting recovery.

She also specializes in emotional and stress-related disorders, including anxiety, insomnia, palpitations, chest tightness, globus sensation, stress-related digestive disorders, and other psychosomatic conditions. Dr. Cherry believes that emotional well-being and internal organ function are deeply interconnected. By addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of health, she helps patients achieve comprehensive and lasting improvement.

In addition, Dr. Cherry is experienced in therapies that promote healthy blood circulation and meridian regulation for the treatment of chronic pain, blood stasis-related headaches, stress-related pain disorders, and circulatory dysfunction. She also has extensive experience in the integrative rehabilitation of patients recovering from stroke, including limb weakness, speech impairment, emotional changes, and challenges during rehabilitation, helping patients restore functional independence and improve their quality of life.

Known for her warm, compassionate, and attentive approach, Dr. Cherry takes time to listen carefully to every patient. She develops personalized treatment plans based on each individual's condition, constitution, and lifestyle, ensuring that every stage of treatment follows a clear direction, thoughtful progression, and comprehensive strategy. Through precise herbal prescriptions and holistic care, she helps patients steadily restore health and regain confidence in their recovery.

Dr. Cherry believes that the true value of Chinese medicine extends beyond symptom relief. It lies in restoring the body's natural balance, strengthening its innate healing capacity, and helping patients regain lasting health, vitality, and quality of life. Guided by the principles of Zhongdao Medicine and the philosophy of "Treating the Root Cause and Strengthening the Body's Foundation," she is committed to helping every patient overcome chronic illness and long-term imbalance, restore the harmonious well-being of body, mind, and spirit, and embrace a life of balance, harmony, and vitality.
